What if we started a worship blog at Christ Church? It could be a place to put ideas we were kicking around for sermons, talk about what's working (or not) in our worship, publicize upcoming events, invite all kinds of input. Would that be worth the effort?
I was playing around with the idea in my head, and started trying to think of a title. Of course, many of the most obvious ones--especially those with "Christ" in the title--are already taken. But "As We Worship" (playing off of Kristine's "As we worship, so we live" phrase) was available. We could always change it later. And I haven't done anything with formatting, or the look. Right now I'm interested in feedback on the concept.
If this would just be one more thing to have to do, if it's just going to languish for lack of attention, then we should forget it. But if it has possibilities for adding to the worship life of Christ Church, then we might pursue it.
